Role Summary: The Marketing Manager is a new role supporting the marketing strategy for Polygon US. At the direction of the Director of Marketing and in coordination with the Sales Director(s), help develop, execute and support a marketing plan and advertising program to generate leads and advance our brand. Essential Job Functions: Help design and execute multi-modal brand and lead generation campaigns that support business objectives working with vendors and stakeholders at all levels to accomplish success. Conduct competitor and industry research to guide campaign and channel strategy Develop content and communications with support from SMEs that is aligned to customer lifecycles including targeted messaging by role or segment, storyboarding, design themes, copywriting. Contribute to the design of customer journeys that move people down the funnel Work with Sales to ensure leads move through the funnel and customers receive timely follow-up Develop sales enablement tools and materials including powerpoint presentations, brochures, and landing pages Help develop and implement a social media strategy that supports campaign and brand initiatives including research, sourcing content and writing copy, measure results. Contribute towards the design and execution of a paid media strategy Support our regional offices with local sales and marketing campaigns and build in economies of scale that can bolster the broader business Track, monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance data for multiple channels (paid, social, email, events, etc) to understand effectiveness and optimize for better results. Manage the events calendar including the strategy and execution for national events as well as support for local events. Participation in national and regional trade shows when necessary. Manage the content calendar including content development for articles, videos, and other media that support campaigns and company initiatives. Use tools like Canva to produce or modify digital artwork and print assets or work with designers to do that same. Use CMS tools to make modifications or updates to web pages. Spend time in the field, working directly with sales representatives understanding how to increase lead to revenue close percentage. Lead adhoc marketing projects where needed. Monitor and process marketing expenses and ensure vendors are paid and services remain uninterrupted Collaborate with the wider Polygon brands and teams to amply our brand inside and outside the US Advocate and lead the use of the Polygon Model Help ensure a spirit of excellence, teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation across North America. Lead by example. Job Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations, preferably within the service industry 2+ years of experience with modern marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot 2+ years of experience with B2B social media marketing practices organic and paid Prior experience with remote teams and entrepreneur environments Ability to think intuitively, problem solve, and make recommendations Proficient with excel, powerpoint, and word Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities. Comfortable working with analytics and making recommendations based on data. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated proactiveness and ability to anticipate needs and results and to pivot when appropriate Demonstrated ability to set goals and build the plan to achieve them. Familiarity with SEM, SEO a plus Experience in a technology or software company a plus
