Job Overview As a Customer Marketing Manager in our Away from Home (AFH) Office Superstore (OSS) business, you will be responsible for leading and developing the OSS channel and account specific marketing campaigns and program objectives, using industry and shopper insights, to drive brewer system penetration and attachment rate within the OSS accounts. You will work closely with sales leaders and with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure success with national program execution, and to promote our brand in an equitable way. This position is based in our Burlington, MA headquarters, with a hybrid model of both on site and work from home flexibility. What you will do: Develop strategic marketing relationships and manage growth initiatives and tactical execution with key customer partners. Integrate shopper marketing insights and customer marketing assets to drive brewer penetration and attachment rate via account specific programming. Drive omni-channel marketing activities including through inside sales, retail stores and eCommerce to maximize adoption of new products and overall sales growth. Guide and advise Sales and Marketing leadership to optimize key customer marketing programs. Lead the implementation of customer specific marketing programs to build business with key distributors and/or partners including agency coordination and management. Define vertical marketing segments and manage research efforts and program planning for sales teams and customers Manage customer Trade Shows and Trade Organization memberships as necessary. Manage portfolio of customer and consumer facing marketing materials including sales collateral, merchandising and point of sales materials. Ensure overall brand strategy and goals are supported at all customer levels Advise sales and marketing managers on the preparation of customer presentations. Lead initiatives with merchandising team to support innovation tests both nationally and regionally. Develop effective and respectful relationships with all stakeholders. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business with a minimum 5 years of related work experience Prefer experience in a “Fortune 500” company with demonstrated marketing/business skills, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage or related industries Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and the customer Ability to support efficient and effective “go to market” processes Experience developing solutions to complex problems which require the use of ingenuity and innovation Experience serving as a marketing consultant to senior management, with engaging and persuasive presentation skills Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
