Digital Marketing Project Manager

Ideal Candidate profileYou are a natural leader that can lead the coordination of many teams to a shared outcome. You find planning and executing complex projects – and dealing with ambiguity to be a rewarding challenging. You are confident, a detail-oriented over-communicator with the tenacity to actively lead both internal teams and client teams to drive a process to reach a successful outcome against a target timeline. You are confident problem solving cross functionally with LQ sales, LQ client services, clients, and LQ technology teams to activate new clients onto the LQ platform. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer Responsibilities Project manage customer activations – Own our client's onboarding experience through the first 60 days. Ensure that clients are setup to succeed by: Setting work plans and expectations with clients and internal teams Discovery and collection of key client data, platform, and assets. Set requirements for data integrations considering Information Security, Data quality, and Compliance. Plan LQ tech resource allocation to build, test, and deploy integrations Provide onboarding support for clients and client services through the activation period. Project manage existing client expansions – When our clients grow services with LQ or our teams need access to different data integrations, this role will own the project management of activating new services and data with existing clients. Qualifications (3-5 years) Technology consulting or Customer Success / Customer Onboarding experience in a technology company. Candidates will need to demonstrate that they understand how to translate business goals into data requirements and work with technology teams to get them built and deployed. (3-5 years) Project management experience with multiple stakeholders in a structured process. Professional experience using Kanban, Scrum, OR Waterfall / GANTT frameworks to coordinate multiple stakeholders against a shared project outcome. JIRA / Smartsheet experience preferred but not required. (3-5 years) Client facing leadership experience – guiding clients through discovery and solutioning data and business processes. This role is client facing and you should be comfortable managing clients and helping them arrive at the best solutions.
