Business Development Marketing Representative, Location: Sun City Center, FL An established and growing integrated pain management organization is seeking a PRN (1-2 days per week) experienced sales person to drive referrals to our growing practice. We are looking for a team-player with exceptional sales skills, who has understands cultivating established relationships while identifying new referral sources. Working under the guidance of and in partnership with the Medical Director, this role will: Drive sales to our pain management office--always seeking opportunities to increase referrals via new and existing referring providers and specialties Spend majority of time in the field calling on offices and promoting awareness of our pain management services Maintain necessary reports for accountability (weekly activity and contacts) Collaborate with medical director to create campaigns designed to help achieve growth goals Know the ins and outs of pain management and how to drive results with our existing business partners while identifying opportunities to cultivate new business referrals We require the following: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the business development/medical marketing field specifically in building referrals from specialists Knowledge of interventional pain management specialty preferred Sales skills including strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish good rapport Self-starter, goal-driven approach with solid follow up skills Ability to travel 100% within assigned region; reliable transportation and a good driving record A winning personality! Great people skills and the ability to build business relationships!
